Martin Baawuah Duah

Martin Baawuah Duah is a Teaching and Research Assistant in Materials Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. His research experience bridges experimental microstructural characterization (SEM, XRD) and computational materials science, with a focus on Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations using VASP and Quantum ESPRESSO. His work explores defect thermodynamics, surface/interface interactions, and electronic structures in functional materials and low-dimensional systems for energy storage and optoelectronic applications.
